At Luna & Leash, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
